Pasta di Patate with cep mushrooms

Ingredients for 2/3 persons
500 g Pasta di Patate / 350 g Spätzle Dorati
2 medium-sized fresh cep mushrooms
1 clove garlic
2 spoonfuls olive oil
1 spoonful Parmesan cheese
1 pinch chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic without letting it brown, add the mushrooms that have been washed and cut into thin slices and braise for approx. 7 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and parsley. Cook the gnocchi, drain and add them to the mushrooms, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, mix well and serve immediately.
